A dog was killed by some people in sushilpura Jaipur very brutally from lathis. But under section 429only fine is also an option..... We animal lovers want a very strict punishment for these brutal offences on behalf of these bejubaan animals.... Every God has a animal with them as a companion... But human beings beat them....
