I am sorry but as it stands the Beach Ban Dog PSPO order will be enforced from 01 June (tomorrow).   

Last week Councillor Glenn Haffenden told me the following 

"The dog PSPO was due to come to cabinet on 17th June but now the GE has been called it’s put us back into pre-election period so I am unsure if cabinet can go ahead and if it can what can be discussed. 

Regarding enforcement that is a different question and I am not avoiding the answer but I am just trying to get legal advice on what we can/can’t do until the PSPO has been changed.

The GE is only 6 weeks so if we can’t have it in June cabinet it will come to the July cabinet"

I  will attend the next council meeting to represent the petition  - please also attend if you can / wish to.
