Enforcement of the PSPO Order Beach Ban 

Pre-election the Council suspended the enforcement of the Beach Ban and said no fines would be issued.  Today I wrote to Julia Hilton & Glenn Haffenden asking them to confirm if this was still the case.

New Consultation on Beach Restrictions 

I also asked them to keep me informed on the progress of the new Consultation, and offered to help in anyway I can. 

I also requested that :-

• They reviewed all feedback and responses from the Petition, previous Consultation and Dog's Trust before issuing a new proposal. 
• Provide facts and evidence to justify any proposals they put forward.
