Remove media platform from YouTuber, Foodiebeauty
Why this petition matters
Please hold this “creator” accountable for continuously promoting vile acts on YouTube. Chantal Marie Sarault, well known as “FoodieBeauty” on many social media outlets has caused an uproar among the YT community most recently as June 3, 2022, in which she live-streamed herself mocking the murdered children of the Uvalde school mass shootings in TX, US. In said live, she was making fun, by mimicking a gun with her fingers, while singing Pumped Up Kicks. For those unfamiliar with the song by Foster the People, 'Pumped Up Kicks' is about a kid that basically is losing his mind and is plotting revenge due to being an outcast among his peers. Chantal, in a fit of rage against her chat, also threatened to repeatedly play the song, in which she gleefully referred to, as “America’s anthem.”
Due to the graphic nature and absolute lunacy FoodieBeauty spewed during this livestream, she quickly deleted the video. Fortunately, once something is on the Internet, it stays on the Internet. This leads to the primary reason of why this petition was created.
This latest debacle of FoodieBeauty’s is certainly not the first. In countless videos, Chantal has promoted illegal drugs, unsolicited nudity, drives distracted and under the influence while live-streaming, drinks/get high then proceeds to offend:
• Victims of mass shootings
• LGBTQ Community
• Recovering alcohol & drug addicts
• People who've lost loved ones to impaired/
distracted driving
• Learning disabled
However, despite countless efforts to contact YouTube and it’s affiliates to hold FoodieBeauty accountable for her inexcusable actions, no one has responded. Although her YT channel was suspended for not even 2 weeks, YouTube reinstated it and has since allowed her to continuously break and and all TOS violations.
By signing this petition, we hope to gain the support we need in our fight to remove FoodieBeauty from the platform that she shamelessly exploits.
