What?

We want to have Mr. Sikora removed from any job in the Douglas County School District.

Who?

Mark Sikora is the Dean of Students at Mountain Ridge Middle School in Douglas County School District in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Why?

Mark has caused a lot of negativity at Mountain Ridge Middle School for several reasons including his biased decision making, aggression, incompetence, and lack of understanding. Several students have been falsely accused of breaking school rules & the law by Mark, while others have been let go by him for breaking school rules and even breaking the law. The majority of students believe that is aggressive to them, even if there is no reason for it. Mark has shown general incompetencies in school policies, decision making (especially at a high level), and more. If we don't take action, several students will be negatively affected, making their middle school years horrible.

When?

Preferably, we want action to be taken as soon as possible to limit the negative effect on staff & students. I believe that I have waited too long to speak up, so the sooner action can be taken, the better.

How?

This petition is one of several steps I am taking to attempt to remove Mark Sikora from DCSD. Your signature matters!
