Mark Barnhizer has displayed objectionable behavior towards students in Lafayette School Corporation. Many students, including myself, have faced issues with his rude demeanor. It's a classroom, not a place where students should feel intimidated or disrespected. I believe that no teacher should kick students' desks or resort to name-calling during class. Such actions are unprofessional and create a hostile learning environment.

Education should be a safe and respectful space for students to grow and learn, but under Mark Barnhizer's guidance, it becomes challenging. His behavior not only affects students' learning experiences but also their emotional well-being. Teachers are role models; their behavior sets examples for young minds. Unfortunately, Barnhizer's actions do just the opposite by instilling negativity and fear.

There must be accountability. Teachers, just like students, should adhere to codes of conduct. It is unacceptable for an educator to repeatedly disrespect students without facing consequences. There needs to be a system in place where such behavior is addressed, possibly through formal write-ups or suspension of teaching licenses when necessary.

I request the Lafayette School Corporation to investigate these claims and take the necessary actions. We owe it to our students to provide them with an environment where they feel safe and encouraged to learn. To foster better educational standards, steps must be taken against inappropriate behavior demonstrated by any educator.

Overall, he is a very violent person and I don't believe that he should be a teacher, or be on school grounds for that matter; I believe other kids would agree as well.
