I am a homeowner in the Bridgewater Residential Development. As such, I have a heavy interest in the success and growth of our community. Over time, the current level of management has spiralled into a state of disarray and obfuscation that is not just intolerable but borders on potentially criminal behavior. This is mainly a result of Louie Ruiz's actions in his position as Community Manager & his position on the Board of the Bridgewater Residential Development Homeowners Association.

Transparency should be central to the functions of the Board. It is there to oversee activities, ensure ethical practices and uphold the standards of the community. Yet under Mr. Ruiz's role, there has been a lack of trustworthy communication and trust seems to be eroding within the community. From disregarded emails from our Resident Board President, to unresponded emails from Community members simply trying to follow and abide by the communities CCR's. It is clear that despite the staff at his disposal, the community continue to be mismanaged.

It is critical to have someone in this role who is committed to serving the community with honesty, transparency and accountability. For these reasons, the removal of Louie Ruiz from his position is necessary. Help us bring back the prestige and trustworthiness to our community.
