I chose to live in a gated community for its promise of protection and security, providing a safe haven for my family and my career. I wanted a place where my children could safely play outside and experience the joys of childhood away from video games and screens. However, recent events have shattered this peace when my nine-year-old son was pushed down and injured by a teenager who doesn't even reside in our community. This thoughtless act was said to be in fun, but the consequences were very real and distressing. I can't bear the thought of another child's laughter being turned into tears under our watch.

Our community was meant to be a safe and supportive environment, but with Keystone managing our Homeowners Association, we've faced constant disrespect and negligence, particularly from Ebony, who has shown utter disregard to the concerns of homeowners. As the rightful owners of our properties, we shouldn't have to endure such treatment or wait excessively for solutions to our problems.

Keystone's management has become a barrier to our community's harmony and safety. It's time we reclaim what belongs to us—our community. On May 21, 2026, during the HOA meeting from 4:30-7:30 PM, we have the power to vote them out and initiate a change that reflects our values and priorities.
