It is with great concern and urgency that I bring forth this petition to address the detrimental effects of the current interim superintendent on our school district. This issue deeply affects our children because our award-winning and amazing  band director, who is an integral part of our school community, has reached a breaking point and intends to leave at the conclusion of this school year due to the dishonesty and toxicity stemming from the interim superintendent.

The interim superintendent has cultivated an environment that stifles creativity, suppresses open communication, and creates a climate of disgust among students and staff. It is reported that under his administration, morale has plummeted, and the quality of education has suffered. Teachers and staff members feel unsupported and unappreciated.

Furthermore, the interim superintendent's lack of transparency and refusal to listen to concerns raised by parents, teachers, and students have only exacerbated the situation. He has dismissed valid concerns without consideration, eroding trust between the administration and the community it serves.

It is crucial for the future of our school district to have a leader who prioritizes the well-being of students and staff and fosters an environment of trust and collaboration. We need a superintendent who values honesty, transparency, and communication, and one who can effectively lead us toward a more prosperous educational path.

We cannot stand idly by as our school district deteriorates under ineffective and destructive leadership.
