Remove GeoCrater & NawthnRevuah As CT Reviewers

The Issue

This petition is a call for the removal of both GeoCrater & NawthnRevuah, to be removed as the reviewers in Connecticut.
As a collective are unhappy with the unfair and bullied tactics used on individual cachers throughout the state on maintenance of caches. While some cachers are targeted for maintenance others are ignored. Caches that are 5/5 or difficult caches are given warnings of maintenance after 2 to 3 DNFs on a consistent basis. It has become obvious that the reviewer for maintenance has no interest in the CT community, getting to know the members or their hiding style. While ignoring cachers who do not maintain their caches and going what has become obvious a list that are targeted, the unfairness has become very noticeable and talked about by many within the CT community.

As for our publishing reviewer, there has been an increase with the displeasure of the amount of time between places time and publishing time. The community has become discouraged to hid caches in the state of Connecticut, due to publishing time and hurdles that have been placed in getting a cache published. Some caches have taken anywhere from 3 weeks to a few months to get published. This is way beyond the 7 days that we are asked to wait, which would be reasonable, if we did not get a response after the 7 days, asking for additional information. In some cases, this information has been given, but apparently overlooked in review by the reviewer. In defense of the reviewer, we understand there may be other circumstances and obligations that may help cause additional time, however it is at the cost of the community. This reviewer has also come to know many of the cachers and mingle with its members, so this request is being made with consideration of the community.
