The Delaware Administration's Plan

The University of Delaware has updated its website to include an (incorrect) timeline of flock camera placements. At this time I urge supporters of this petition to contact Patrick Ogden of the UDPD, as he is the project manager - with your concerns. This is very upsetting, but please be civil or we could jeopardize this whole petition!
