She's gone as far as lying about others and twisting facts to ensure that she remains unchallenged. This toxic environment she's cultivated has only served to ruin the reputation of our unit, and many are left feeling distressed, silenced, and unsupported.

We should not tolerate such divisive behavior within an organization that should be based on solidarity and mutual respect. It's critical for the SEIU to address this issue head-on to prevent further damage and to restore a sense of fairness and accountability within our ranks.

I urge the SEIU to investigate Eileen's actions thoroughly and take appropriate measures to ensure she no longer serves as a steward. Our union deserves leaders who act with integrity and have the best interests of all members at heart, not those who prioritize personal power over collective wellbeing.
