During a recent visit to Epcot, I rode the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in hopes of getting September by Earth, Wind, and Fire or Everybody Wants to Rule the World by Tears for Fears. We rode it 6 times in one day and only 2 of those times we got a different song. 4 out of 6 times we got Conga. I’ve gathered that a lot of people have the same issue, me and my friends spoke to an elderly couple who also expressed their dislike for the song “Conga” and on Tiktok people openly express how they dislike Conga because it doesn’t match the ride. Me and my friends have truly never experienced such disappointment in our lives, the thrill of waiting 50-75 minutes to ride the coaster just to get the same song repetitively is a mood killer. Although we spoke to a worker about how the tracklist works, we amongst many other people share the common interest of hating the song Conga and wanting it removed from the tracklist. We want to replace Conga with “Holding Out for a Hero” or “Stayin’ Alive”. Please sign this petition to support our cause.
