I'm writing this petition because I've been closely involved in duckydee’s community where Charizard's moderator has been active, and I feel he's not truly being fair to the interests of the chat and community. For those who have engaged recently, you might have noticed the increasingly authoritarian style in which decisions are being made, without taking into account the community's voice or opinions.

Examples include: Stripping standards mod banning him and giving no proof as to why he did that, then not unbanning him once he said the duration of how long the ban would be and then saying “so we can’t ban anyone for jokes anymore?” Stripping someone’s moderator and banning them vs banning them unbanning them moments later are completely different yet he thinks they are one in the same, hypocrisy and saying that Some people reff too close to when they last reffed and he said that to that tiger blaze when her last attempt at reffing was a month ago in her words and yet charizard himself has reffed over dozens of times some days back to back and yet not once does he step back and let others ref, attempting to override referee’s decisions in games with the community example being in hide and seek with TikTok and YouTube comments by attempting to get monolith eliminated by saying “the photos that the video creator adds in should count and so he should be eliminated” when referee already declared photos must be in comments only.

Such attitudes are detrimental to the spirit of any thriving community. Moderation should be about balance and fairness, fostering an environment where everyone can safely express themselves and contribute and not be denied a chance to play and have fun with the games while also not risking being banned just for having an opinion. Yet as we know it, the heavy-handed tactics currently used by charizard are Silencing those who speak up against him.

By removing his moderator, we can return to fostering a collaborative and democratic space where all participants feel valued and heard without needing to fear the risk of being banned. It's time to bring back the mutual respect and collective decision-making that once made our community great. We envision a space where voices are heard, and decisions are made with transparency and inclusivity.

Please join us in signing this petition to demand the removal of Charizard's current moderator and restore the integrity and vibrancy of our beloved community. Together, we can make a difference and ensure the future of ducky’s channel is bright and welcoming for all.
