I trust everyone has had a good week. I have been on annual leave for the last week, and have been out of town for a few days.

Whilst away, I decided that the petition is going to wind up on Monday.

Thank you SO MUCH for all of your assistance with this. Thanks for the many kind donations supporting the promotion of it. Thank you so much for the signatures, the conversations and the sharing of the petition on social media. 

Because of you, I have a 15,000+ strong petition.

Next week, I will approach Christchurch Central M.P., Duncan Webb and see if he will accept the petition. Dr Webb has done a lot of work in the Christchurch area with minorities and vulnerable people.

So, until then, please continue with the donations, the sharing, the conversation and - most of all - the signatures.
