This is a petition which is going to be handed to Sir Lindsey Hoyle member of Parliament for Chorley Lancashire

below are signatures of your constituents of both Adlington and Chorley  who are deeply concerned and outraged of the relocation of Paul fenner who was convicted of raping a 13-year-old girl to railway Road in Adlington. We do not want him there in the village we urge you to offer your support of the campaign to have him removed as we are very concerned that he is living in close proximity to a school and also near a local playpark where children congregate given this man’s past history we feel that it is a unnecessary threat to our children thank you.
