So an update. Larry has resigned from the board. This is an attempt to get the community to stop investigating the financials that are questionable. Scott is hoping that with Larry gone it will take the heat and pressure off of him, thus allowing him to continue to conduct business the way he sees fit. There was no public interest sent out to the community seeking a new vice president, but magically Scott inserted one in with no input. Does this seem transparent to you?
