If you will be speaking in person, please note that you are limited to 3 minutes. Before or during the Council meeting, speakers must sign up for Public Comments by texting "comment" to 938-200-8560 OR by filling out a card available from the City Clerk. The Council President will call speakers in the order that they sign up via the automated form or card.

If you are unable to attend in person but still wish to comment, you may email your public comments to citycouncil@madisonal.gov by NOON on the day of the council meeting. You may also email your district representative directly and tell them you wish your comments to be read aloud into the public record at the meeting.
