After six long months, the Pardon Attorney's office has finally confirmed they are in receipt of Dr. York's clemency application and the three bound packages I sent presenting his compelling case for clemency!!! This most important decision is now in the hands of President Trump, as such, I will put a fourth package together further expressing why Dr. York's sentence should be commuted resulting in his immediate release.
