When the court seals transcripts, exactly who is the court protecting? The court wants you to believe its protecting victims, trade secrets, classified information, the public interest, etc., but the truth is its protecting itself ... the criminal "injustice" system. They are often protecting corruption, i.e. The JFK & MLK Files! They don't want the media getting a hold of information and exposing the dirt they did in the name of "justice for all". I can't tell you the number of times in York's trial the court reporter or prosecutor, said they could not hear the witness when a witness said something damning, just so the jurors could hear it again. And I dare not address the Judge's bias and prejudice sprawled throughout the 3,000+ page transcript. A hung jury, a mistrial and Eatonton not recuperate all the money they spent prosecuting York ... NOT! The trial transcripts of York's case span my dining room table, but I can't share it with the public because the court has sealed the transcript and recently denied the request of a journalist who wanted to set the record straight. The American Justice System can be an all consuming fire and it burns wherever and whoever it will ... it takes the greats and sets them ablaze when they don't serve its interest! The importance of the Clemency process is it gives us a ray of hope! President Obama, please grant Clemency to Mr. York. #freedryork.
