The 10th Time Doctor skin for Two Time was fully modeled, rendered, and clearly planned for release... but instead of launching it, the developers replaced it with the Weeping skin.

While the Weeping skin is visually interesting, it is based on the Weeping Angels from Doctor Who, who are villains, not heroes.

This makes it a strange fit for Two Time, a survivor character. The community feels that a more exciting, lore‑appropriate, and highly anticipated skin (the 10th Time Doctor) was replaced by a less fitting and less iconic alternative. Players want the original, heroic skin restored or released alongside the Weeping skin instead of being lost forever.

My Story:

I've been a Doctor Who fan for several years, and it excited me when I saw that a Doctor Who skin could possibly be added to my favourite game! Unfortunately, it has existed for quite a while now, but it still has not been released to the public. This disheartens me, since we only have one Doctor skin skin, and that's the Weeping skin, which is less iconic.
