Honorable Members of the House of Representatives,

I’m writing to bring to your attention that Mr Dilawar who was visiting the prestigious institution in UK, has made a mockery of justice in Pakistan. Throughout the Thoshakhana case trial against Mr Imran Khan. Mr Hamyun Dilawar judicial misconducts breaks down the very fibre of what is necessary for a functional judiciary- citizens who believe their judges are fair and impartial. 

Unfortunately, Mr Dilawar Judicial misconduct are in the form of failing to meet ethical standards, omissions and relationships that deplete public confidence. His misconduct include improper demeanour (using foul language - openly saying shut up to Mr Khan’s lawyers) & documented conflict of interest which were evident in his social media account. 
His controversial Facebook posts and his alleged bias against Imran Khan and his party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) are available in public domain as evidence. 

Mr Dilawar deliberately violated Mr Imran Khan’s rights to defend himself. To the extent Mr Dilawar terminated Mr Imran Khan’s right to present defense witnesses. 

Mr Dilawar is responsible for the biggest injustice while as a sitting judge where his prime responsibility was to provide a fair and just trial. 
 
This Toshakhana case is full of irregularities and even the petition filed to try out Mr Imran Khan is full of errors. 

Now, 25 crore Pakistanis are waiting of your responce, we want justice, please support us, support Justice and take action against violation of human rights.
