We (local residents) respectfully ask the City of Shorewood:

Deny the proposed cannabis dispensary at 19215 Highway 7 

(Vine Hill Rd & Hwy 7 intersection, i.e the current DodoPop location)

• Planning Commission public hearing: October 6, 2026

• City Council public meeting: October 26, 2026

• Dispensary would be directly adjacent to residential homes 

• Positioned at 4-way stop on main access to Minnetonka High School 

• Introduces a highly visible cannabis retail business into an established residential area

• This business has nearby commercial options that are not residential, 

and are not in the path of a school.
