Fritz Hessenthaler, a respected and much-loved coach of the Southern Alamance High School football team, was terminated from his position on the basis of allegations that were not thoroughly investigated. This act, broadly considered as wrongful termination, has left a void in the team, and in the weight room, one that cannot be filled by anyone but Fritz himself. Players and assistant coaches alike want him back because they believe in his abilities and leadership. Not only does Fritz impart knowledge about the game, his passion and dedication have been instrumental in shaping the students, both on and off the field. Despite the allegations, he remains innocent until proven otherwise, and ABSS  overstepped by dismissing Fritz prematurely. As those directly impacted by his termination and those best positioned to evaluate his contributions, we, the students, parents, and staff of Southern Alamance High School, urgently plead for his immediate reinstatement. Coach Hessenthaler's absence is not just felt; it's detrimental to the team's unity, morale, and performance. It's time for justice to be served, and for Coach Hessenthaler to return to his rightful place at the helm of Southern Alamance's football team.
