I speak as a student personally affected by the recent cancellation of University Players at the University of Windsor in Windsor, ON, due to budget cuts. The performance aspect of the program, which I find irreplaceable, is central to my learning journey, making its absence keenly felt.

According to a report by the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) and the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), arts education contributes to a student's societal, academic, and personal success as it boosts cognitive development, improves test scores, and fosters engagement.
