We, a dedicated and passionate group, have spent the last two years trying tirelessly to build a Women's Lacrosse program at Hilbert College, despite receiving little to no support from the institution itself. Despite our effort and dedication, our program was abruptly terminated after just one year, with no prior warning or justification given.

 By discontinuing the Women's Lacrosse program, not only has Hilbert College dismissed our efforts, but they have also disallowed aspiring female lacrosse players the opportunity to represent their school.

The sudden termination of the Hilbert Women's Lacrosse Program has left us, and our supporters, feeling neglected and devalued. We call on the administration of Hilbert College to reconsider their decision, to understand the value of the sport and our contribution to it, and to reinstate the Women's Lacrosse Program at the college.
