I am a proud citizen of Britain, deeply connected to our heritage and traditions. One such symbol that resonates with me and many others is our flag. Recently, there have been discussions about changing the colour of our beloved British flag. This proposal has stirred deep emotions within me as I believe that our flag should remain as it is - a symbol of unity, history and national pride.

The Union Jack, as we know it today, was established in 1801 with the Act of Union which united the Kingdom of Great Britain and the Kingdom of Ireland. Changing its colours would mean altering an integral part of what makes us 'British'.
