After 4 days the petition support has been outstanding! Nearly 1000 signatures, many offers of support and most recently media inquires. I have had opportunity to speak with the Bayside School Principal who is reviewing internally to determine if there are option to play this season. I was informed a decision will be rendered by the end of the week. At this moment barriers to play this season have not been clarified. This makes asking the community for assistance very challenging . A requested for a fully transparent and disclosure of barriers has been reqested so that every option can be afford to the community to support Bayside Football and highschool football in the Bay of Quinte region.
