Living in Seighford, Stafford used to mean being well-connected, but since our local bus route was revoked, it feels like we are miles away from the world. As a resident and a member of the disabled community, this lack of public transportation has significantly impacted my daily life. My children face the challenge of not being able to reach their schools or important activities in nearby towns without a driver. For families without a car, this means missed educational opportunities and social engagements.

Moreover, our community has grown since the bus service was discontinued, with new family homes being built, expanding the local population. Many of these new families, like mine, are directly impacted by the absence of public transportation.
