The value of the Perspectives class on the Dunwoody campus of Georgia State University's Perimeter College is invaluable, but has been realized firsthand as a student with an investment in my learning. This is not yet another class in our curriculum, but it is an important educational tool that avails to students several kinds of investments, stocks, bonds, 401k, and many others, basically preparing us with practical skills to manage finances throughout our lives.

Nevertheless, this valuable resource has been removed from our campus. Eliminating this class would mean students miss out on such important information of financial literacy—a skill that is growingly required in the current economy.

Dr. Michele de Liniere Has a Doctorate in business administration. Dr de liniere was a banker for many years and has experience in owning businesses herself.  Dr. de Liniere has taught this class before and has been teaching at perimiter college since 2010. She currently does teach a Perspectives class and Business Value and You. She would be the one to teach this class. I , myself has taken her and the extensive knowledge of finance,banking , business and personal wealth is extensive.

This will benefit the current generation of students who are still pursuing their studies with the program reinstated in this course and future students to be enrolled at Georgia State University, Perjson College Dunwoody Campus. Bring back the class Perspectives. Join this petition if you believe in empowering students through financial education.
