I, like many others in menasha  have closely witnessed the dedication, professionalism and integrity of the Patel family. Known around our work place for their diligent work ethic, they have never caused a stir or been involved in any form of trouble. Recently, they have unfortunately been let go, an action that I believe to be heavily influenced by their language and cultural background. This is an intense blow to the core of our production.

The Patel's have significantly contributed to the productivity and morale of our local workforce. Eliminating such a hardworking, dedicated team will negatively affect our communal output and potentially drive down our growth rate. Statistics from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission reveal a rise in national workplace discrimination cases in recent years, particularly targeting language and origin. We demand an end to such discriminatory practices in our workplace.

As an menasha employee, I believe it is time for us to stand united against such discriminatory practices. Let us stand up for the Patel's, for their right to earn a living free from fear and prejudice. It is crucial that the Patel's be allowed to return to their jobs.
