The Issue

"Hello everyone,

My name is Al Timotheus, and I am passionate about creating content that informs, entertains, and inspires viewers on YouTube. It has always been my dream to reach out to people through my creative work, and after significant effort, I finally established my channel, which sadly has been suspended. I am starting this petition because I didn't do anything wrong, and I want nothing more than to be able to continue following my dream of making great content for my audience.

My YouTube channel, linked here [Al Timotheus YouTube Channel](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYw43ds1IijBFstS1WrAuLQ was filled with sincere efforts to impart value and joy. However, one day, without a detailed explanation or warning, it was suddenly suspended. This left me feeling devastated and unheard. My request for reinstatement went unanswered, which is why I am bringing this matter to public attention through this petition.

Content creators like myself invest hours of research, creativity, and resources into each video. YouTube, as a platform, provides us with the opportunity to connect globally, but when our channels are taken down unjustly, it strips us of our voice. A simple miscalculation, misunderstanding, or technical algorithm error shouldn’t be the end of a creator's journey. With countless hours dedicated to producing quality content, I have always abided by YouTube’s guidelines and community standards.

This petition aims to urge YouTube to review the case of my channel’s suspension comprehensively and to consider reinstating it to give creators like me a chance to continue sharing content that they are passionate about. Furthermore, implementing a more transparent approach in communication regarding suspensions and strikes would be beneficial for all creators. Clear guidelines should be reiterated, and creators should have the opportunity for dialogue and rectification before their platform is revoked.

Imagine pouring your heart and soul into something, achieving personal and community accomplishments through your hard work, only to have it all taken away without an option for recourse. This isn’t just about a single person; it’s about the broader community where fairness and clarity should preside.

I implore you, if you believe in giving second chances and if you stand with creators in their pursuit of passion, to sign and share this petition. Supporting this cause means supporting a fair and open dialogue environment for all creators. Let’s unite our voices for a transparent and understanding platform.

Thank you for your understanding and support."

That's the AI's speech that kinda mimics things I might say. But I have more. And be wary, the following speech is NOT for younger audiences.

Yesterday morning, at around 8:30 or so (based on my email records), YouTube quietly removed my channel for violating guidelines in terms of their "sex and nudity" policy. By the time I saw the notification, my channel was already gone. I filed for an appeal as fast as I could, trying my best to explain myself. The one thing I forgot to include in the appeal was the channel link, because I was in too much of a hurry to get the appeal going; I didn't want to wait too long to file one, so my chances of getting my channel back would stay high.

It didn't matter if I included the link or not, because later that day, YouTube got back to me to say they have reached a decision on my appeal, in which they stood by their choice. "We won't be putting your channel back up on YouTube." Fucking assholes.

Now here is where they are wrong about me violating their rules. While some of the content I have posted may come off as somewhat "suggestive," never once have I uploaded a video that shows me naked or doing anything considered too "sexual" for the platform. The closest to that I have come is uploading a couple of twerking videos, but guess what? In any and all twerking videos I made on my channel, I was FULLY FUCKING CLOTHED! NOT NUDE AT ALL! Another thing they tagged me for in the past was having a link to my OnlyFans in my channel's about section. However, I believe I managed to reverse that decision by appeal, and afterwards, I removed the link myself, and I figured that would be the end of it, but I guess not.

So here I am now, sitting at a crossroads. The most recent action I have taken was earlier this morning on Twitter, where I tagged Team YouTube, and gave them an ultimatum. You can see it here: \\\[https://x.com/AlTimotheus/status/2085662839889404185\\\](https://x.com/AlTimotheus/status/2085662839889404185) I have built my channel to a great standing over a five-year period, and I refuse to accept defeat over this bullshit lapse of judgement. I will not stop proclaiming my innocence, and I encourage other small, ambitious creators to stand up for themselves and fight for their rightful place on the platform.

Join me, and together, we will not only bounce back from the shadows, but we will also fight to restore YouTube to its former glory for generations to come. They cannot beat us.

And YouTube? I hope you see this message. As the old saying goes (albeit a little paraphrased), you may have won this battle, but WE, the small, mighty creators, will win the war. Be prepared.
