Losing a manager like ours was like losing the heart of the store. Our former store manager at Dollar General was a mentor, a guide, and a disciplinarian who maintained order and got the best out of us. Not only did he ensure everything was running smoothly, but he also created an environment where customers enjoyed shopping and employees were motivated to do their best. He was, and still is, an integral part of our store family.

Since his departure, the store has struggled to maintain the same standards, and it’s evident that his presence is sorely missed.
