Our cherished bus #27 driver, adored by our kids and the entire Mahomet community no longer takes the wheel. This shocking news has brought immeasurable sadness and distress to our children who miss her dearly. Our small community has also been deeply affected, and we are left to grapple with the aftermath of this decision - a decision many of us are still struggling to comprehend.

Our beloved driver played a crucial role not just in safely transporting our children to and from school but also in shaping their everyday experiences. Her warmth and kindness have always made the bus rides enjoyable and comforting for our children, making her an irreplaceable part of their school life.

This decision has seemingly overlooked the emotional impact on our children and the disruption to the very fabric of our community.
