To whom may be concerned with the ownership and management of the properties of Las Marinas,

It has come to our attention that as of the afternoon of October 19th, an outstanding African American employee that worked as concierge at Del Sol, named Jeff, has been unjustly fired.

Jeff was known by many residents as a kind and exceptional employee and individual whom serviced the Del Sol building as if it was his own home. He kept order and made all of us smile. His customer service and attention to detail was above all - top notch.

By reports, an incident had occurred between him and a gentlemen, a resident at Del Sol, who was furious with him because he upheld the rules as established by you, the management. He was threatened by this resident and since then, a campaign was made against him to mischaracterize him which ultimately culminated in his firing.

At the very least, an investigation should ensue to provide the truth. This letter voices the support for Jeff and the concern with the decisions made on this day.

Justice demands an investigation.
