I am now only about 100 signatures away from 1,000!!
I also received a reply from the Office of the Traffic Commissioner this morning, saying that they have forwarded the matter to the compliance office.
Unfortunately however, it feels as though this campaign has hit a dead end.
McGill’s are still giving me the silent treatment while our communities in the Braes continue to suffer from the complete lack of direct bus links to vital healthcare services, it's really not good enough. It feels as though we're being completely ignored and that we don't matter. But we do, we matter very much. It's an absolute disgrace!
Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the next Community Council meeting on 31st August so the next one will be on 28th September.
In the meantime, I would like to try to get to 1,000 by the end of September and I will also await for phase 3 of the subsidised bus network review before taking my next course of action.
