Following last night's meeting of Polmont Community Council, I sent a copy of the flyer for the petition to PCC Coverner & Secretary Michael Stuart (via email) who will print them off and post them up in the many public places across the community on my behalf (Health Centre, Library, shops, pubs etc.). Unfortunately neither the local press nor McGill’s have shown any interest in this petition. So far I have around 330 signatures which is still good but I now feel that my 500 goal was too big for such a short space of time. The next meeting is on 20th March and I will continue to provide updates over the course of this petition as soon as they become available. In the meantime, please keep signing & sharing. I would like to try and get as many signatures as possible. Screenshot of flyer is attached.
