My sons were kidnapped. Each day without them is a living nightmare, and the pain is unbearable. CAS 45/11/2021 was my last hope to set them free, but South Africa's National Prosecution Agency stopped it 3 times. This petition seeks to reinstate this crucial investigation.

They are the love of my life. I gave up a corporate career and endured being hit and chased with knives in my marriage to give them stability. In the separation, I paid 100% of my income for 6 years to keep them in an elite school. It cost me my house. When they needed therapy and I was broke, I sold my car.

They were kidnapped because they were witnesses to attempted murder. Their mother saw me packing. Thinking I was leaving her, she fetched our 2yo to watch her stab me and called our 4yo twice to bring more knives "so Mommy can kill Daddy".

They were kidnapped because our son threatened suicide. He used a knife that his mother used when she tried to kill me.

She took them from school 2 days after they accused her of coaching them to change the knife.

She breached 2 protection orders 651/2010 and 973/2010, stopping emotional and psychological abuse and denial of contact.

The case was closed because prosecutors did not think of Amber Heard. They could not believe that a woman can abuse a man in their marriage and blame him in the divorce, or coach her sons to lie, or kidnap them, or hire lawyers and forge reports to cover it up.

Closing CAS 45/11/2021 leaves the children with their abuser and sends the message that fathers have no voice, protection orders have no value, and our NPA and police will condone gender-based domestic violence and child abuse in marriages and perjury and fraud in divorces as long as victims are men and boys and abusers pay hush money and kidnap witnesses.

Our Bill of Rights commits our police and NPA to gender equality and child safety. Men can also be abused in mariages and falsely accused in divorces. Our kids can also be alienated and kidnapped to cover it up.

National Director of Public Prosecutors and National Police Commissioner, please do not to abandon victims or reward criminals. I urge you to reinstate criminal investigation CAS 45/11/2021 immediately and to continue your efforts until justice is served.
