Last summer the Conservatives,  withdrew all Amber Valley Borough Council funding for the Belper North Mill Museum - in the heart of the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site.

Withdrawing this support of just £47000 a year, after 24 years association between the council and the Museum,  is now resulting in the Museums closure.

This petition asks Amber Valley Borough Council to reinstate funding so the Museum can reopen, and showcase the heart of the World Heritage Site.
