Campaign begins to keep medium-wave

Thank you for signing our petition to keep Radio 4 Longwave. Although the switch-off of this service on 27th June was disappointing, the petition remains active and we continue to call on the BBC to reinstate longwave for the World Service.

Meanwhile, I have launched a new petition to ensure that the same thing does not happen to medium-wave, the second-best option for reliable radio in the UK. This won't be of much use to supporters on the Continent, but please do sign it if you feel able to. You can find out more in our latest article:
