Your community, health, safety, property value, and enjoyment of the Hudson River are at risk due to questionable activities and unpermitted expansion at the North River Shipyard in Upper Nyack.  The Shipyard's Special Permit, which is supposed to control and limit these activities, has expired but yet these activities and expansion continue.  Upper Nyack has given the Shipyard until April 1, 2023 to renew its Special Permit.
