Stop the Great Wall of Windsor

The Issue

The Town of Windsor and the DDA is discussing raising the height of buildings in downtown Windsor to 75'. This may allow for 6' story apartments. The value of the land which might be donated is estimated to be between $5,000,000 to $8,000,000 - what great things would we do with that much money? This Great Wall of Windsor is something we Windsor, Colorado voters do not want.
