Please resend the mail to Ticketmaster and also Live Nation, Ticketmaster sends your message to the responsable and keep them together in a file. Respond to the answer they give you and resend your demand to get your money back ! Geef antwoord op de mail die ze terugsturen (met excuses waarom niet kan voldaan worden aan je vraag) en eis nogmaals terugbetaling !
