My Friends,
Many people are deeply unsettled by recent events but don’t know what to do, other than wait anxiously for a vote in November 2026, fearing that artificial divisions or some manufactured “existential threat” will be used to justify suspending elections. That would be our greatest fear, and we cannot allow it to happen.
In the meantime, there are things we can do. Some of us are visible and being actively targeted; others support from behind the lines. Those of us on the front cannot endure without those who stand quietly but firmly beside us. No one person can fight City Hall alone, but there is safety in numbers.
This message is for those who care, who refuse to bow, and who still stand strong. Over the past year, I’ve seen how those who dared to speak the truth-former FBI Director Comey, Agents Dennehy and Driscoll and Feinberg, National Security Advisor Bolton, Special Counsel Smith, and many others - have faced the same tactics of intimidation and suppression.
This is what the weaponization of the justice system looks like under an authoritarian regime.
This is also what my memoir exposes. As of 08/18/2025, it has been formally submitted to the Assistant Attorney General for National Security and the FBI’s Prepublication Review Office, as required by law. I wrote it responsibly, protecting all sensitive equities, sources, and methods, because my purpose is not to harm, but to heal through truth.
They fear its publication because it shows how internal corruption and unchecked power can be turned inward, weaponized against those who stand up for honesty, accountability, and human dignity.
I’ll keep you updated on the progress or lack thereof with my book of truth making its way through the prepublication review and redaction process, so stay tuned.
If they block publication of my book, “Truth’s Last Stand,” it will stand as a symbol of government censorship and fear of truth. The book isn’t really about me; it’s about all of us, and what can happen to anyone who dares to speak honestly in a time when truth itself is treated as a threat. It is not political. It is simply the right thing.
I haven’t sent an update in some time because survival itself has been a full-time task, including some time being homeless after I was abducted from JFK airport and made a political prisoner in a Brooklyn Prison as my name was slandered with a false affidavit posted by the FBI, and have since been constantly on the move while being forced to settle while on pre-trial probation, having never been convicted of any crime, after I lost my family and went financially insolvent directly resulting from a weaponized FBI’s targeting and entrapment of me, one of their own former best. If this can happen to me, even as I did my best to follow all laws, it can happen to you, which is chilling.
After all that has happened in my stand on the front lines of this war on truth, constitutionally “guaranteed” civil rights and even human rights in this contrived war on immigrants, whom should have a path to legal citizenship while putting the onus on employers who could easily use establish systems like “E-Verify” rather than hunting the poor, the desperate and huddled masses, rather than being hunted and scapegoated for all of America’s problems, I never lost sight of my mission of telling the truth and never will.
Along the way, I launched a nonprofit, Project Lost & Found, dedicated to locating missing and murdered persons, especially near border communities. Our mission is grounded not in politics, but in compassion and service: to give voice to the missing and restore the dignity of their stories.
While I’ve never been comfortable with self-promotion, I’ll admit this year has been the hardest of my life.
A generous supporter created a GoFundMe on my behalf to help me stay afloat through this storm.
If you’re able to help, I would be deeply grateful:

If you prefer to make a tax-deductible donation directly to support search and recovery efforts, contributions can be made at projectlostandfound.net, where you’ll receive a receipt for your records.
Every bit helps, my friends. I remain on the front lines, not for politics, but for truth, unity, and humanity itself, standing in the open for all of you.
With strength and gratitude,
Your brother and friend in arms,
-John
