Please join me in demanding reform to ensure managers who retaliate against whistleblowers for personal or political reasons are held accountable. If we don’t come together on this issue, it could become a single point of failure for our system. Without reform, all of the efforts of the Whistleblower Protection acts are not worth the paper they’re written on. This one issue alone, if not dealt with, will allow a corrupted “fifth column” of managers to take control of our justice system and weaponize it for their own purposes, acting as laws unto their own selves, un hindered. To counter this, we need whistleblowers from the inside who, in the event they come forward for a legitimate reason, are guaranteed protection.
