Protest Planned to Demand “Lorenso Law” and Reform of Proposition 57

Sacramento, CA – October 27, 2025 – Community members and supporters of justice for 17-year-old Lorenso, who was tragically killed in a violent crime, will gather outside the Governor’s Office at 10:00 AM at 1303 10th St Suite 1173, Sacramento, CA 95814 to call for the passage of Lorenso Law and urgent reforms to Proposition 57.

Lorenso’s life was taken far too soon, and the system must change to prevent future tragedies, Our laws need to prioritize accountability and public safety while honoring victims and their families!
