Reform Mental Healthcare to Respect Human Rights and Personal Dignity

The Issue

Like so many fellow citizens who have found themselves within our current Mental Healthcare system, I have experienced a lack of due process and terrible abuse by "Psychiatry." I met many patients, most were understandable, while some were incapacitated by so-called medications -- beyond being able to communicate, locked away in "Hospitals" and forced-treatments... This oxymoronic abuse of language is as if it were out of the book 1984.

"Harm to self or others" is an accusation! Crisis center evaluations are not due process! This Pharmacy racket should not be subverting our justice system. Jail + hearing is more merciful & briefer than being locked in "Hospitals" and forced-treatments.

The Stanford Prison Experiment + Rosenhan/Thudd Experiment are relevant to this unjust Psychiatric system. People should not be locked in "Hospitals" or forced-treatments!

In the United States, Mental Healthcare violates the 1st, 4th, 6th and 8th Constitutional Amendments included in our Bill of Rights. For example, there is no bail option. Moreover, it infringes on our Government's stated purpose in the Preamble guaranteeing all citizens, not excluding some. We must not forget that above all our laws, God teaches that mercy triumphs over judgment. We are to Love, not force.

People kill themselves under the influence of, and withdrawing from, their antidepressants. They get addicted to and overdose from painkillers. Mass shooters minds' are often whacked out on pharmacy medications

The dire consequences of our current Mental Heathcare system underscore a crying need for reform. Tens of millions of people are on anti-depressants, anti-anxiety, pain killers, amphetamines and sedatives... People seeking their "medications" must be properly warned about adaptation, tolerance, addiction, and withdrawal. Side effects increase with increased use, and withdrawal from many of these drugs is terrible to get through.

It's not right to sit by and ignore the pain and suffering happening behind closed doors. It's time to stand up and ask for change. Time to acknowledge and respect each citizen's right to due process. No one should be forced to take these pills or shots or ECT, nor led unaware of the serious consequences to these medications. We can improve Mental Healthcare so it truly serves its purpose providing care, respecting human rights and personal dignity. Please, join me in this cause and sign the petition.

This petition is hoping to reach the Supreme Court for a diversity jurisdiction case to reform Mental Healthcare. There are already plaintiffs from across the states who have written in their affidavits, qualifying our case to reach them directly under diversity jurisdiction.

Hopefully we can help lead other Nations to stop the corrupt power of forced Mental-Healthcare too. It is a Pharmacy racket, and a subversion of justice systems.
