There is credible and overwhelming evidence that Danny Masterson raped four different women in the early 2000's.  This evidence has been sitting in the Los Angeles District Attorney's office but no action has been taken.

In the light of recent revelations about sexual abuse and harassment in the entertainment industry, and the immediate fallout from allegations of misconduct, it is reasonable to expect Netflix to distance itself from Masterson.  It was clear that Netflix wasn't going to tolerate this kind of unacceptable and, in this case, criminal behavior, when it got rid of Kevin Spacey.  There cannot be two standards.
