My name is Chloe and I am a Brownie at 4th Midsomer Norton. For my ‘speaking out’ badge I have decided to write to BANES council about the fast speed that some cars travel on the Withies Park estate where I live in Midsomer Norton. I would like it to be safer for children walking to school and think that it would be better if the speed limit is reduced to 20mph. The centre of Midsomer Norton is 20mph but the speed changes to 30mph just past my school on Redfield Road.
