Reduce Mobilio utilities and condo fees

The Issue

our building doesnt have tiered billing for utilities. we have an allocated rate plan meaning rate changes every month depending on the consumption of the entire building.

We need property management to address the following 

  1.  Switch the building to tiered system, rather than a set rate that alters every month. 
  2. reduce the air conditioning. I have seen it set to 18C. They should have it set to 21c.
  3. Pet wash station needs more than the jet spray setting as it scares the dogs. We can reduce water consumption by changing the nozzle with various settings
  4. Transparency regarding the duties of the multiple property managers we have on staff as that directly impacts condo fees.
  5. Clean air initiatives (no smoking in/near/around the building) as this would improve the air flow throughout the building and reduce damage to the ventilation infrastructure
